I think that technology is drastically changing day by day, and that is a why it is a very interesting topic to dive into. On Wednesday, Facebook started integrating Instagram and Messenger apps, so users could directly communicate with each other.
This interesting feature includes sending a photo, video, or text message from Facebook Messenger to Instagram… or vice versa.
Prior to this social media update, the two apps operated separately. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s chief executive, announced plans to knit together the company’s three messaging apps because it would encourage more people to incorporate private online communication.
“We’re basically giving people the ability to do something they all want to do across apps,” said Stan Chudnovsky, vice president of Messenger at Facebook, in an interview.
Messaging has become an enormous opportunity because much of the world has been shaped according to messaging platforms.
